These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Fair Ai ("Fair Ai", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at alfaer.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Fair Ai provides AI-powered file conversion and processing tools, including conversion between document, image, audio, video, and other formats, together with related features (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• upload or generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
• use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content designed to harass or harm others;
• attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or circumvent quota or technical limits.

5. AI Outputs and User Content

You are responsible for the files and prompts you submit and for how you use the outputs. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice without independent verification. We may remove content or restrict outputs that violate these Terms, and we may suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

You grant Fair Ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the property of Fair Ai and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Plans, Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed on a recurring basis through our online reseller Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period and the plan then reverts to free.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fair Ai's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Fair Ai harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
