Fair Ai offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all paid subscription plans (Silver, Gold and Platinum). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds for Fair Ai subscriptions are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the application and we will assist you with the request.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Cancelling alone does not generate a refund for the current period — for a refund within 30 days, follow the steps above.
Other refund situations
Outside the 30-day window, refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
